## Payment, cancellation and service scope

Payment is normally required before personalised work begins.

If you cancel before work has started, a refund may be available.

Once personalised work has started, including a review, roadmap, tracker, template pack, support call, action plan, or case map, any refund may be limited to the part of the service not yet completed.
